| Endorsed by Viriginia Attorney General, Ken Cuccinelli |
|
| Ken Cuccinelli, Virginia's current Attorney General, has worked for years in conservative causes, including preserving life, curbing illegal immigration, and defending the rights of Virginians. Like Mr. Cuccinelli, I stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Arizona in their
efforts enforce their borders from invasion and curb illegal
immigration.
Most recently, AG Cuccinelli sued the federal government over the Constitutionality of the Healthcare Reform Bill passed in 2010, which includes a mandate for individuals to purchase Health Insurance or be fined or imprisoned. I am glad to stand beside AG Cuccinelli in putting a stop to a federal government that is out-of-control and acting outside its Constitutional authority.

During the summer recess of 2009, Senators and Representatives returned to their districts and held Town Halls to give the illusion that they were listening to the people and make us feel like we were participating in "democracy." Both I and Katy Abram were among several angry taxpayers who confronted our Senators over the Healthcare Bill that Congress was trying to shove down our throats against our will. I confronted Senator Ben Cardin (D-MD) over the "individual mandate" and the Constitutionality of the Bill. Former Republican Arlen Specter (who turned and became a Democrat in a failed attempt to save his seat) was confronted by Katy Abram over the same issues. Despite numerous protests and rallies in DC and in every state capitol, the progressives ignored the will of the people and passed the Unconstitutional Healthcare Bill anyway. What they have done is un-democratic and un-forgivable. The sleeping giant is wide awake. If you agree, join us on Facebook at THE TOWNHALLERS.

"The adjective 'principled' describes that which is imbued with or in possession
of MORAL PRINCIPLES. After listening to and meeting with Robert Broadus I am
convinced 'principled' describes this Naval veteran, whose heart reflects a love
for God, a commitment to conservative values and a respect for the Constitution
we seldom see today. As such, let me encourage everyone to vote for and support
Robert Broadus, the Candidate for Congress, MD-4 Fighting for Freedom." -- Walter

| "Robert is intelligent, articulate and trustworthy. He will work tirelessly to preserve our liberty." -- Joe Banister

|
|
Joseph R. (Joe) Banister is a former IRS Criminal Investigation Division Special Agent who learned of serious constitutional questions relating to the federal income tax and the federal banking and monetary systems. He prevailed in a protracted legal battle against the IRS, and was acquitted on the four counts against him by challenging the government to prove there is a law requiring tax returns to be filed.
The Creation of the IRS in 1913 is the most critical change that allowed our government to grow beyond a reasonable size and enact coercive policies in the promise of taking care of us from the cradle to the grave. I strongly embrace the motto: "that government is best which governs least," and one of my primary goals will be ending the IRS, allowing most Americans to keep 1/3 of the money they give to the government in taxes.
